Keep It Colorado is turning five this year, and we want you to celebrate with us! Come celebrate everything we have achieved so far while helping us build momentum for the next five years to come.
This annual event is an opportunity for coalition members to convene around everything policy! Details and registration information are forthcoming.
If you plan to attend Rally 2024, we hope you will join Keep It Colorado on Friday, September 27 for happy hour and on Saturday, September 28 for coffee and light breakfast.
This year's annual roundtable meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 20 with three special stops along the Cache la Poudre River in northern Colorado. While focused on the work of public agencies and designed for our public agency members, this event is open to anyone who wants to learn more about the conservation work of state and local government partners.

The summit will feature field trips, a robust lineup of educational content, and plentiful opportunities to connect with colleagues. We hope that you will be able to join us as we bring the Colorado conservation community together.
Keep It Colorado will present a panel, “The Nature of Community-centered Conservation,” at the 2024 Partners in the Outdoors Conference alongside its partners — highlighting the initiatives of land trusts and their partners to engage more people in conservation, and why that's important to Colorado's future.

Rally, the National Land Conservation Conference hosted by the Land Trust Alliance, is a great time to connect with colleagues across the country — and Colorado.
Our Annual Policy Summit will be held in Denver, CO on Friday, August 25. This policy-focused member meeting is a great opportunity to learn about the legislative landscape both on a state and national level, and to weigh in on the coalition's priorities for the next legislative session.

Keep It Colorado’s first DEIJ Leadership Cohort will gather for a retreat in Nathrop, CO. Put on in partnership with the Land Trust Alliance, land trust leaders will learn, reflect, explore and set goals to move us forward in this journey.

Rally is the exciting annual gathering of inspired and passionate land conservation practitioners from around the world who are dedicated to conserving cherished places in our communities. Rally offers educational sessions focused on land conservation topics, networking events, exhibits, plenary sessions, and an awards presentation celebrating conservation leadership.

Our Northern/Central regional meeting will be held in Fraser. We’ll start the day with a walking tour of a conserved property before convening at Fraser Valley Distillery for the afternoon.
Our Arkansas Basin regional meeting will be held in Pueblo. We’ll start the day with a walking tour of Bessemer Ditch and a visit to a farm stand.
Our Front Range regional meeting will be held in person in Berthoud, after a tour of Root Shoot Malting in Loveland. Our annual regional meetings are an opportunity for members to come together for connection, conversation and collaboration.
This year’s Southwest regional meeting will be held in Durango, CO on June 9.
This will be a unique opportunity to hear from land trusts and public agencies about what it takes to build successful partnerships for conservation initiatives. Our hope is to spark ideas for future projects, celebrate conservation achievements, and inspire more collaboration. This event is for Keep It Colorado members and partners - including other interested public agencies outside of the coalition.
Keep It Colorado’s annual Spring Summit, a convening of members and partners, will take place in-person on April 18 at Colorado Parks and Wildlife's Partners in the Outdoors Conference, with the theme “The Ideal State of Conservation.”
This year's conference theme and guiding question will be:
How do we ensure that both outdoor recreation and conservation thrive amidst a changing Colorado?
What has conservation done for you lately? You care about what makes Colorado special: our landscapes, our wildlife, our lifestyle... our future. Now's your chance to hear from a few land trusts about their work in action! This FREE virtual event will showcase initiatives that illustrate the many ways conservation benefits all life in Colorado. Bring your beverage of choice and prepare to be intrigued!
Keep It Colorado is hosting a series of trainings on the Resilient and Connected Networks Tool (RCN) and Colorado Data Explorer (CODEX) in January and February. We have partnered with The Nature Conservancy and the Colorado Natural Heritage Program to offer these trainings as a key component of our Statewide Private Lands Conservation Plan.
Keep It Colorado will be holding our annual Fall Policy Summit on Oct. 13 in partnership with Colorado Open Space Alliance’s annual conference in Vail. This event is an important opportunity to convene our members to discuss policy initiatives and priorities for the upcoming legislative session.
