Why attend the Fall Policy Summit?
Our Fall Policy Summit is an opportunity to hear about this year's legislative session and weigh in on Keep It Colorado's legislative priorities for the 2022 session. Please note that this is one of many touchpoints we'll offer where you can share your input on the coalition's policy initiatives - look for surveys and community calls throughout the fall.
We hope that by hosting our Fall Policy Summit in conjunction with COSA, we can open the door to more conversations across all of our member organizations - public agencies, land trusts and conservation champions - and create more opportunities for collaboration. We're very grateful to the COSA steering committee for partnering with us to create this space and opportunity for our coalition!
Why attend COSA?
We highly encourage all of our members to check out presentations on Day 1 and Day 2 of the COSA conference - with topics ranging from building volunteer programs and mitigating wildfire risk, to advancing equity in open space and balancing open space protection with development and outdoor recreation. Also, don't miss the plethora of fun field trips COSA has scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. COSA is also offering a networking dinner on Tuesday evening. Take advantage of these opportunities to connect with your colleagues in conservation!
