Keep It Colorado is a growing statewide coalition of conservation organizations - and public agencies are key players. We invite public agencies to join us and be part of the movement to advance land and water conservation. Membership enrollment for 2022 opens up February 1, and membership is eligible March 1, 2022-March 1, 2023.
Our coalition:
Advocates for forward-thinking conservation policy
Protects and promotes conservation easements while exploring and pursuing other tools
Brings together public agencies and land trusts to advance dialogue and partnership
Liaises and strategizes with partners to fund and support more conservation and innovative programs
Tells the story of the benefits of private and public conservation to create a broad ethic of conservation and stewardship
We know that public agencies have to make choices when it comes to paid memberships. We aim to uniquely complement the benefits they get from other memberships with organizations such as Colorado Open Space Alliance and Colorado Parks & Recreation Association.
