The Individual Giving Officer will work closely with the Strategic Giving team, Eastern field staff, and Marketing & Communications team on the identification, cultivation, and stewardship of individual donors in the Western region of the US, including the Pacific Coast, Mountain West and Southwest states. They will play an integral role in developing donors giving $1,000-$10,000 in general operating support, with a focus on moving qualified individuals into a major giving pipeline, as well as cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of $10K+. We are looking for a creative self-starter with experience in donor cultivation, donor stewardship, and portfolio management and analysis.
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000
