On January 27 SB20-135 was introduced in the Senate by Senators Kerry Donovan and Jerry Sonnenberg with House prime sponsors Representatives Dylan Roberts and James Wilson. The bill was drafted to reflect the HB19-1264 Working Group recommendations. Keep It Colorado took a formal position to support the recommendations but has not taken a formal position on the legislation.

The bill is scheduled for a hearing on Thursday, Feb. 13 at 1:30 p.m. in the Senate Agricultural & Natural Resources committee.
