Montezuma Land Conservancy (MLC) is hiring a Stewardship Coordinator to join our dynamic, fun, and caring team for our 2025 monitoring season. The Coordinator will conduct monitoring visits throughout MLC’s conservation easements in Montezuma, Dolores, and San Miguel Counties while ensuring proper documentation and communication with landowners. This is a six-month full-time position from April-September.

Compensation: $20-22 starting hourly rate, depending on experience
