Colorado and Southwest Field Representative - The Conservation Fund

Come join our Colorado program where we have been leaders in conservation since 1985 protecting iconic places such as the Greenland Ranch, Staunton State Park, and Mount Democrat.  In the last five years, our Colorado office has protected $140 million of real estate.  We work closely with partners to buy and protect land and water under threat of development – creating more places to play while also conserving critical wildlife habitat and driving climate solutions.  At The Conservation Fund, we believe that land sustains us and our work has never been more important.

The Field Representative will seek, maintain, and complete a portfolio of conservation real estate projects throughout Colorado and the Southwest Region. Projects may include, but are not limited to, ecologically sensitive tracts, open space parcels near communities, conservation easements on private lands, historically significant sites, and mitigation lands for federal, state, local and private partners. The Field Representative will work cooperatively with landowners, government agencies, and other partners to initiate projects, secure funding, and shepherd projects through the acquisition and disposition process.
